With over 30 years of culinary experience, the talented Andy Fung, a Hong Kong native,has been appointed as Executive Chinese Chef of Liu Restaurant.
His fascinating career, beginning in 1987, has included famous restaurants in China, Philippines, etc., creating Cantonese menus for healthy dining and new dishes to great acclaim.
Oraphin Thainkok (Kat)
Oraphin or Kat has worked at Liu Chinese Restaurant since 2003, eventually being appointed restaurant manager.
With her service mind, Kat enjoys most talking with guests and finding out about where they are from and what they like to eat. She also likes seeing the movie to learn the language and culture. Her favorite food is spicy 'Som Tam'.
